More than 200 businesses from across Lancashire linked up at the latest Ultimate Network at Brockholes Nature Reserve.

Sponsored by Preston-based Roccia, the event brings together businesses of all shapes and sizes to help build relationships and create a platform where connections happen in a relaxed and professional environment.

And, according to Roccia, nothing beats that personal interaction.

“From my personal experience, the recent popularity of online networking does offer convenience, but nothing can replace in-person interactions,” says Yasser Ahmed, from Roccia, “Body language, energy, spontaneity and genuine conversation build trust much faster than a screen and a camera ever can.

“The Ultimate Network strikes a great balance of both by creating an environment where business conversations flow naturally, whatever the time of day.

“The Ultimate Network disregards popular belief that networking events are all about swapping business cards and meaningless conversations. Our past experiences at the Ultimate Network have helped us build genuine relationships with people we met during the event.”

Set in the glorious surroundings of Brockholes, the Ultimate Network is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the workplace and open to all businesses. Always a popular event, it has grown in stature to become the must-attend event twice a year.

And why did Roccia chose to sponsor the event? Simple.

“It’s about creating visibility and credibility. By aligning ourselves with the Ultimate Network, we are positioned alongside respected businesses across Lancashire. It reinforces our commitment to supporting the regional economy and investing in strong business communities.

“The event also exudes inspiration. Hearing different perspectives from the key speakers and learning how others navigate challenges can be incredibly motivating.

“Events like the Ultimate Network remind us that business growth does not happen through isolation; it happens through connection.”

The next Ultimate Network takes place on 13th August.
